Courier details

We use NZ Post for all website orders. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has been processed.

You will also receive emails from NZ Post when your order has been picked up, when it is on its way and once it has been delivered.

Pick Ups

If you are looking to pick up an item that you have ordered online from our HQ or Waikato Markets this can be arranged by sending an email.

Shipping Delay
on Raw food Orders

Raw food will only be shipped on set days in April. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience! Raw food will ship on, 

  • Mon 3rd, Tues 4th
  • Tues 11th, Wed 12th
  • Mon 17th, Tues 18th, Wed 19th
  • Wed 26th

To track and trace your order, you will receive an email from Toll with all your tracking details in it.
