If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us right away.
For dry general return, you must have contacted us within 3 days from when the product was shipped, and the products must be unopened, unused and in original packaging. You will receive a full refund in the form of store credit (excluding postage) to use online at THE HOUSE OF FOOD LIMITED T/a Natural NZ Pet Foods and Treats .
We understand that sometimes the colours and details may vary from the product photography to the product as you see it when you get it, but we try our best to match the colours. So please use the product photography as a reference as settings on every computer can alter the actual colour. Returns for discrepancy in colour will be considered as a ‘change of mind’ and our standard refund policies apply.
Please note: There are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items.
WET & RAW GENERAL GOODS
Please note it is your responsibility to follow up the day after your frozen, raw or wet food has been sent. You will receive an email from THE HOUSE OF FOOD LIMITED T/a Natural NZ Pet Foods and Treats, to say your order has been completed and you will also receive an email from TOLL, our courier company to say when it has been picked up. This email will have all your tracking details in it. If you have not received your order by 1pm on the day following the shipping confirmation, please track your order to make sure it is out for delivery.
If it looks like it’s not moving, you need to email THE HOUSE OF FOOD LIMITED T/a Natural NZ Pet Foods and Treats at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can chase it up from our end, to help ensure it arrives frozen.
Please note: there are no refunds or replacements on your order if you have not got in touch with us to advise on a shipping delay within 24 hours of receiving a pickup confirmation email from TOLL. There are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items.

However, from time to time we may be waiting for deliveries from our suppliers. This means our delivery times are subject to change. If you have ordered a product and we are waiting for delivery we will prioritize your purchase. We will inform you immediately so that you are aware of the delay.

All pricing on our website is in $NZD.
Cancellation (Subscribed Services/Products)
The cut off point for a subscribed product is 7 days before the next payment cycle..
Your privacy is important to us – we only collect and keep information that you provide to us that is essential in completing a successful transaction.
Payments are handled by our payment partners and your details and card details are not stored on this site.

We accept payment through Debit/Credit cards and PayPal. PayPal is a trusted secure payment service. We do not store or see any of your secure details.
We also accept Bank Deposit (NZ ONLY) – Please get in direct contact with us to organize, and we will send through our bank account details for deposit.
