Bones are frozen and will be couriered out via courier in a box, wrapped in paper (most of the time) so may defrost on their trip. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Frozen bones will be couriered out to help ensure they are with you by the weekend. You will receive an email from NZ Post with your tracking number when your order is picked up, please follow up with NZ Post if your order is not with you within a day or two.
If you are Rural and or live further south than Taupo or in Auckland I recommend you do not order these. As they might not last the trip.
